1. Introduction

Shilpn LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Investors Lab mobile application and website (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our educational simulation and competition features, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, Email address, and Profile picture (via Google/Apple Sign-In or manual entry).
• Usage Data: Virtual trading history, strategy performance metrics, and competition rankings.
• Feedback You Submit: If you send in-app feedback, we collect the message text you write along with the app screen it was sent from, and your app version, platform, operating system version, and device model, so we can diagnose and improve the app.
• Device Data: IP address, device model, and operating system version (used for security and fraud prevention).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Maintain your virtual portfolio and track competition standings.
• Authenticate your identity and prevent duplicate accounts in competitions.
• Send you one-time verification codes for security-sensitive actions (such as password resets and account deletion) and manage your login sessions — including signing you out of other sessions when you reset your password.
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve our educational tools.
• Review and respond to feedback you submit, and diagnose bugs using the app/device context sent with it.

Note: We do not use your trading data to execute real-world trades or sell your strategy data to third-party hedge funds.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with compliant third-party service providers solely for infrastructure purposes:

• Cloud Hosting & Authentication: (e.g., Supabase, AWS/Google Cloud) to store your data and manage your account and login securely.
• Email Delivery: (e.g., Resend) to send account, security, and transactional emails such as email verification, password reset codes, and account-deletion codes.
• Financial Data Providers: (e.g., FMP) to display stock market information. No personal user data is sent to these providers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

Your Rights: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete: You can delete your account directly within the App settings under "Profile > Delete Account" or by emailing support@investors-lab.com. Upon request, all personal identifiers are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
